If bed bugs are clinging to the victim’s skin, it is best to remove them
physically, one by one. It is a very unusual situation; bed bugs go away once
they have their fill of blood. They do not remain attached to the skin. But if
a bed bug is yet to get his fill of blood, the bed bug might be seen clinging to
the victim’s skin.
It is best to have a wash of antiseptics after physically removing the bed
bug. However, if there is a suspicion of bed bugs being hidden in certain
parts of the body, not being visible, it is best to soak in a bath of warm
water, mixed with salt, borax and other mild disinfectants, and have a
vigorous scrub, which will help the bed bugs to get off the victim’s skin
easily.
